Event: Niche CCA Audition Day
Date: 28 Dec 2010 (Tue)
~~Time: 7:45 - 2pm~~
Time+Preparation and Debrief: 6.30am SHARP - 3pm

- LIBRARY:

We are including the library as one of the stops. Please
ask each team leader to do the foliowing in the library:
A. Leave all bags outside.
B. Get them seated down on floor BOYS WILL BE INCHARGE OF MOVING TABLES DURING PREPARATION TIME.
C. Tell them that they can't borrow yet and that this time is given for them to find out more about the library and where diff books are kept.
D. Tell them that library opens from 9-5 daily and that they can use it as a place for study, research or to chill with a book.
E. Give them about 10 min to explore the library.
F. After 10/15 mins, gather them, line them up and move to next venue.
G. Check that no one brings any books out.

- CANTEEN:

A. There will be a break time for all.
B. During break, please get each class to sit at specific tables in
the canteen so that it ID easier to get them together later.
C. Teams help to put placards for the diff classes
from F11 to J11 before the break. ELYSSA ADELINE MICHELLE.L INCHARGE OF GETTING PLACARDS FROM OFFICE.
Please include a table for Teachers and Student Helpers ( buns and drinks will be provided for you all...Not the sec 1 s) JOHANNA WILL RESERVE THE TABLE.
